Milano Finanza reports that Limes Renewable Energy is launching a new energy storage project in Italy and Chile, with a total capacity of 500 MW, divided into units ranging from 50 to 150 MW and a storage duration of up to 6 hours. These BESS projects, valued at an estimated €600–700 million, are essential for stabilising the power grid and enhancing the integration of renewable energy sources.
